Close to the railway station (but a little tricky to find), and close to the old town. Nice, clean and modern, if no particular charm. Very good breakfast buffet, although it came with a price tag.

The location is good and the room was clean
This hotel charged my credit card on the day of my arrival without telling me. They then charged me again when I checked out. Now they refuse to give me my money back and deny that they charged my credit card. Stay here if you can trust them.

The location of the hotel, close to bus terminus and train station, is convenient for an overnight stay. The staff, if you can attract their attention, are pleasant enough.
The room was adequate for an overnight stay. It was a little on the small side, the decor was gloomy and its position (facing a side street and off a half-landing) was poor. Perhaps the better rooms are not available to internet bookers. The breakfast was mediocre and very much overpriced.

We had a fantastic view from our big bedroom overlooking the River Adour. The bathroom was adequate and the WC was separate. The staff were attentive to all our needs. We wanted an early lunch and they made sure the staff was ready to prepare something for us. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of Bayonne. We would stay there again.
We were lucky to find parking right outside the hotel but I'm sure it is sometimes problematic. We weren't as near the coast and beaches as the description suggested. The breakfast at €12 was as expensive as the two-course lunch.

Located in the city centre, easy to get to main attractions, resaurants, museaums, etc. Very pleasant helpful staff. very good shower/toilet room.
A bit noisy because of location on the main road, breakfast is very expensive.

Clean, friendly, comfortable and well located.
Very poor restaurant. Breakfast basic and unstaffed. Evening meal slow service and the waiting was made worse by awful food. Probably the worst meal I've ever been served in France.

The staff were very helpful and the beds extremely comfortable. We had a lovely view overlooking the River Adour which was a lovely surprise.
We had hoped for a few more toiletries in the bathroom and perhaps somewhere to make a cup of tea or a fridge with a couple of bottles of water.

Closeness to center, just over the bridge. And closeness to bus stop that takes you to the airport for 1 euro. Staff was friendly.
Cleanliness of bathroom was lacking in that the shower area showed signs of dirt and contained a mildew-y curtain.

Clean room, nothing exceptional - ok. Close to the city center though I think there are hotels closer still.
Staff could be more welcoming, small tv screen, bathroom, though clean, a bit basic and could use a refurbishment. Value for money is correct but not exceptional for a 3-star-rated hotel in a rather small town.

This was a really lovely hotel and we thought the styling particularly striking. Other comments have mentioned slippery bathroom floors and no hanging space. Our room had a built in wardrobe and the bathroom was not the least bit slippery. We had an early train to catch and the close location to the train station and the early breakfast (included in the price) were just what we needed. Would stay there again.
The room included a stylish table which while useful did make it a little crowded but this is a very minor point.
